My Pharmacy started in July 1991 with its first outlet in Taman sentosa, Johor Bahru by Ms Fung Lee Jean. This outlet was then known as Fung Pharmacy.

In December 1998, another outlet was set up with Mr Chua Soon Gin, the General Manager of My Pharmacy, in Taman Suria. In 1999, the Taman Pelangi outlet, a perfect set-up for a community pharmacy was set up and opened its doors to serve residents in Taman Pelangi and its neighboring housing estates.

From then onwards, My Pharmacy never look back and now have 8 outlets at the following locations:-

- Taman Pelangi, Johor Bahru
- Jalan Wong Ah Fook, Johor Bahru
- Taman Pandan Indah, Kuala Lumpur

- Taman Impian (Giant Hypermarket), Skudai, J.B
