My Rewards Point

1. For every RM1.00 purchase, members will be awarded 1 My Rewards Point.
2. Accumulated My Rewards Points will have 3 years validity. Example: My Rewards Point accumulated in year 2007 will expire by 31st December 2010.
3. Updated My Rewards Points are shown at the bottom of sales receipt.

My Rewards Point Redemption

1. My Rewards Point can be used to offset purchases with the redemption denomination as follow :-

1. My Rewards Point can be redeemed instantly from our cashiers.
2. My Rewards Point cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. On redemption, simply present your I/C. A My Rewards Redemption Acknowledgement form is required to be signed for confirmation.

Terms and Conditions

1. My-Card membership is opened to all My Pharmacy customers and is valid at My Pharmacy outlets in Malaysia.
2. My-Card is a privilege card. It is neither a credit card nor a charge card.
3. My-Card membership is FREE to all My Pharmacy customers.

Usage of My Card

1. My-Card must be presented to the cashier BEFORE each purchase to accumulate My Rewards Point. Cards presented after transaction will not be accepted for any My Rewards Point accumulation.
2. There shall be no accumulation of My Rewards Point for backdated receipts or any special purchases.
   

Lost of Card

1. A replacement card can be issued at RM 2.00 nominal fee with new card number.

Others

1. My Pharmacy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as it deems fit at its absolute discretion and without prior notice.
2. Failure to observe the terms and conditions stated herein may result in termination of the membership.
3. My Pharmacy also reserves the right to terminate the privileges and withdraw the cards from use at any time without prior notice.
